I am going around in circles updating my card, then when I select 'pay now' it goes back to an updating card page. I gave up weeks ago as it wasted my time, and ebay have since been in touch advising that they may take action due to my outstanding fees. I've gone back in to pay it and it's the same nonsense going around in circles. If I could just simply pay it direct (rather than updating my card every time!) Or speak to a human being that would be ideal! Any suggestions?
