PayPal balance

First time i transfered money from bank to PayPal balance I didn't put enough over by the time realized £18 short it would let me transfer anymore at the moment never done it before it will not hit balance until 21 march 

I have massaged seller so I don't know what will happen i want items but I told seller if he refused my offer

If you haven't got enough in PayPal to pay the seller they may cancel for non payment. 

Can you pay by another method?

I pay with PayPal but it pulls the money straight from my debit card, I don't keep a balance in PayPal.
