Pay outs on hold

Hi I have a blue banner saying payouts on hold to verify my new bank account that I recently added. But I haven’t added a new band account and it’s the same one I have always used showing in my sellers account. I have only been selling for a few months and had a payout already with the same bank account on file.  But it’s now the payouts are on hold until the bank verifys my account and it’s been like this for over a week now. Can anyone help please. Thanks

As well as following the advice from @fargvs check your bank account .

You may need to take some action.

Have Ebay sent you any micropayments in the past few days - usually about 3p - and have you got a Direct Debit set up to Ebay Commerce UK?

thanks Iv reset my bank details and direct dept today see if it sorts it out over the next few days. Thanks
