Trying to return a heavy and bulky item and need it collected. Ebay sent me a parcelforce label but no matter how hard I try, I cannot use it to book a collection with ParcelForce/RoyalMail. It's like ebay are still using the old parcelforce labels and parcelforce themselves have switched to royal mail labels, and i cant use it to book a collection.
