Parcel

I posted my parcel using evri .When i went to track it it said item has been picked up or words to that effect to cut a long story short they have lost it.I have refunded the buyer. I have tried to get a refund but cannget past their chat bot who keeps telling me that because the parcel was in the parcel shop more than 10 days, which it wasn't  my parcel is being returned to me please wait at least 7 days for it to be delivered i am now on day 9 and still no parcel and cannot get to speak to a human being.How do i get this sorted any advice anyone

It looks as if you sent the item using an Ebay Simple Delivery label which was paid for by the buyer.

If you used the label Ebay provided, then you did not need to refund the buyer.

If they had opened an 'item not received' case, Ebay would have dealt with the buyer and refunded them without involving you.

I don't really think there is anything you can do, unless you did not use the SD label and bought the postage yourself direct from Evri.

If that is what happened, you just need to keep on at Evri for your item back or compensation.
