Parcel size larger than postage paid

Hi, my parcel size is larger than the postage paid by the buyer, how can I ensure that the courier doesnt charge me extra for sending? Is there any way I can pay the difference? This is for a collection of a large item, larger than the 61x40×40 limit, the weight is only 3kgs,Thanks

If your item is bigger than 61cm x 61cm x 46cm the courier would charge more or there could be issues down the  line. 

You could cancel/refund with buyer's agreement and relist opting out of SD  to set your own postage so the buyer can buy again.
