Parcel returned after refund

I sent a Philips razor back for refund 8 August I got notification it was received and got my refund in full the today I got parcel of postman and he said returned due to none delivery so what do I do with it now and is there a contact number for eBay

You can ask the seller to provide a paid-for postage label if they want it back.   They can't do that from ebay now so would have to buy one online and send you the QR code.   If they don't reply or don't send the postage you don't have to return it.
