Parcel delivered but showing as still in transit

Hello. Please could someone help me

Posted 2 parcels to same person different labels she has received both but one is showing as it hasn’t been delivered still in transit, what do I do Evri don’t answer and I’m worried I won’t get paid. What do I need to do

If the tracking is showing delivered on the courier's website but not on ebay you can contact ebay to get your money released using callback on here:
https://www.ebay.co.uk/help/eua?id=5275&mkevt=1&mkpid
Or if you wait it will be released anyway after 14 days as long as it's showing as dispatched.
