Packlink over charge with Evri

Hi everyone, i got overcharged by Evri as they say i did not weighted corectly the item!

I have sent a 8g  product and they say they scaned and it was 1.18kg !]

Now they are asking for proof ! how can i send them the proof as long as the parcel is gone?

Do you have another of the same product you can stick on some scales and take a photo of it?

It still makes no difference!  It's wasting of time doing this all the time!

I have to do this weekly it's not acceptable! 

Weekly they are changing me extra with the same issue!
