My buyer lives in Greece and paid for a delivery through the handling agents. The parcel went through the agents but for reasons unknown it was not able to be delivered to the buyer. It's now on its way back to me since May 30th. I've asked buyer to contact eBay, but they don't seem to understand and they are getting angry. How can I resolve the situation.
