Hi order No 12-12227-33095 . Is there any way I can bring up this complete order, the reason being I'm certain this book was listed as new, when it arrived it clearly wasn't new , but pre owned & at best in good condition, if I'm right, then I wish to put in a claim. We buy books is the company.
