Order came through but no email

Hello everyone, hopefully someone here can help me.

I've sold an item on ebay but I've not had an email come through saying I've sold an item, nor a notification from the app like I normally do. I have the option to get a prepaid label but when I go to check the order, I can't see a username or any other information on the order (e.g. order number, selling fees, things like that). Can anyone tell me why this has happened as I don't want to send it out and up losing money and the item.

Are you able to check on a PC or laptop?   The app can be a bit glitchy or there may be a delay.    If it's only just sold it might take a while for the system to update.

I was on my laptop when I saw that I sold something. I checked my emails and I sold the item about 12 days ago - exact same postcode and it was delivered a couple of days later. I think it might be a glitch.

You can check it on your list of orders.

I did and I think it is a glitch. I  checked the prepaid label page and it said dispatch by the 12th of May.

lol, yes, that sounds like a giltch of some sort.
