Option to change the date range in ‘purchase history’ has disappeared.

Only relatively recent purchases (last 60 days) are showing. The drop-down menu that used to be at the head of the Purchase History page is no longer there.

Still showing til 2017 for me on PC and Android phone,try clearing cache/cookies to see if that helps you

The drop-down purchase date selector range box is not present on IOS devices, at least not using Chrome or Safari browsers. The only option you have is to input words to search for purchases using the 'Search' box option towards the top of the page.

Does anyone know how you actually communicate technical problems direct to eBay rather than trying to 'reach out to the community'?  We pay eBay commission on sales and i'd like to think they should have technical help!

Con't you have at the top left of purchases page ALL PURCHASES, this goes back years. No drop down menu needed.

Ebay say to contact ebay customer services and explain the tech issue your having to them, and they can then ticket the ebay tech teams to look into,so contact here,https://www.ebay.co.uk/help/eua?id=5275&mkevt=1&mkpid
