Opening a second return

I have closed a return as the seller suggested I open a return with the reason being "damaged item" so the seller will pay return postage. Now that the original return jas been closed Ebay will not allow me to identify a second return or reopen the original return please help.

Sorry, seller conned you, once case closes, can't be reopened. 

Only exception is item not received case, which you close for not as described case.

Try your payment provider.

When you go to close a case ebay actually warns you that you won't be able to open another one.
