Old address in retun postage label

I've issued a postage label for a refund for a buyer. It's got my old address on it

 I've updated my details but the buyer says it still has my old address on it

. Please help

Go to My eBay > Account tab (near top left) > Personal Info > Addresses > Return address > Edit on the far right and then click on Save after changing.

I've done that already and asked the buyer afterwards what address it has
and he says old addresss. Any ideas if this updates when he takes it to
verify. I've never sent a return label to buyer before

If the label has the wrong address on it strictly speaking your buyer could use the label anyway and get their refund as soon as the tracking shows delivered.

Ask your buyer politely would they mind not posting it yet while you try and sort it.

I suggest you contact CS here tomorrow after 8am eBay Customer Service

and ask if they can void the label. They may be able to do this. I don't know if it would be possible to ask them for another label with the correct address on, but if not you would have to buy your own label and ask CS to change the tracking number. 

It will be quite complicated but I hope you can get it sorted.
