Offers not showing on my listing

I am selling an item for which I want to apply OFFERS.

When I go into my listing having applied OFFERS it isn't showing on the listing .

Any help would be useful

You have 3 items listed I can see,  2 have a Best Offer option.  The third in auction format wiith a Buy it Now price.

Should there be more?

Listings can take up to 24 hours to appear in active listings,  especially when the site is busy, as it is on weekends,  or if you are a new seller.
