Hello, just trying to navigate the new update, how do we now go about offering free postage to buyers or is this no longer something a seller can offer on new listings? Many thanks in advance.
Start by opting out of ebay's Simple Delivery. Select Custom Postage under the Delivery Details heading during the listing or revising process. If you're not seeing that click on "Switch to advanced options" at the bottom.
