You could send the buyer a message if they wish to come and collect the option is available and as they've paid, postage will be refunded.
Make sure in your messages you make it very, very clear the item Has been purchased from your eBay listing and payment made, so the exchange of address and contact details no allowed to be made, that it's not an off eBay sale. eBay read all messages going through their messaging system.
They may not wish to, or may be unable to. If they do come, and as they've paid the postage cannot be refunded through eBay, but a cash refund for the postage, on collection prrobably would work best here.

In addition to the above you need to be careful. If you have offered a postage option you should by rightS send it this way as you have no tracking to confirm delivery. IF it was an unscrupulous buyer they would although collection has been made be able to open an item not received case and you would lose this as you would not have tracking to confirm delivery.

I agree, @tommystrezures I would stick to the postage option shown on the listing.
The buyer can see the item location and has not asked to collect, so for that extra cover with a proof of posting and tracking number best to stick to what was offered, posting that item.
