Money for sold item Withdrawable now but no money for not used label. Ebay said if I will not use label and will post with other courier I will get refund , but forgot to ask them when ???

If you paid for the Simple Delivery label you can cancel it here:
https://www.ebay.co.uk/claims/simple-delivery/refund/seller
If the buyer paid for it it will be refunded to them automatically in 30 days.

You need to cancel the label if you paid for it, and do this within 14 days.
