Hello! I've been wanting to downsize my collection of Enamel Pins for nearly a year now and I've finally gotten the motivation to sell most of it but most of the people who collect them are international and live in America. I see the option to sell internationally but all the options say that compensation isn't included. With how rare and expensive some of these pins are, I don't want to risk selling them without any sort of protection.
I wanted to know how I'm able to get the option to use the programme? Any help would be appriciated, thank you!

Why not use Royal Mail International Tracked? You can cover your items for up to £250.
I have previously used GSP but it is slow and expensive - especially for small, light items.

When I've tried to select it, it still says that compensation isn't included (Even when the item is listed under 250) which I really don't want to risk sending for something so small like pins, sadly.

I assume that screenshot is from Ebay?
It is incorrect - read the details from RM here https://www.royalmail.com/sending/international/international-tracked
You may have to set up your own postage policy - that means you can set the price as well.
Or, you can set your account up for GSP here:
Before you get started, make sure your account is opted in at the Global Shipping Programme preferences - opens in new window or tab page.
