I sent the buyer an item. They didn't like it and asked for a refund. I issued a return postage and got a Royal Mail tracking number but never received the item back. When looking at the tracking number it says it is only got to the Parcel Shop. I have not issued the refund yet as the item has not been returned. How do I go about getting money put into my account. I have contacted the buyer and suggested they chase Royal Mail there end but no reply yet.
