Yes others have sometimes reported that no messages are coming from eBay, this below was the answer a Community Manager provided recently....
Check your email address on your eBay account is correct, and check the spam / junk folder in your emails.
Also check your email provider settings to see that eBay hasn't been recently blocked. Some email providers can apply security blocks or filters, which can prevent emails from going through.
Lastly, check your eBay account settings >> Communication Preferences.
