Not counterfit

hi one of my listings has been taken off for counterfeit. however it’s not counterfeit
I sent proof of purchase and I’ve also sent the barcode in the bag

I bought it from Mark Jacobs and I just don’t know what to do

because I don’t know what else I can do to prove that it’s the real deal

I keep getting put through to robots after robots that I’m not answering the question that I want

what do I need to do to prove that is the right correct item and that is the right item? I’ve actually spoken to Mark Jacobs over the phone where I bought it and they have said it’s the right thing and the article is genuine so I don’t know why eBay just keep putting it up as it’s Real

Re: Not counterfit

The only thing unfair about receiving this restriction,  is the message sent,  it doesn't explain the full reason for your item being removed.

eBay cannot see and check your item,  it may or may not be fake,  but high brand items are protected by the Vero regulations and policies,  see link below,  these brands do not wish their items to be sold online,  so they are the ones asking eBay to remove them when seen,  spotted and reported.

Genuine items liked yours,  will come under the same umbrella, and be removed.

Many slip the net with 7 billion listings , it's impossible to check each and every one, some then do become listed,   but when they are spotted  and reported like yours was they too,  will be removed.

You are selling lots of new items as a private seller, this looks suspicious that items are fake.

Correctly upgrade to business seller and ebay may alow you to continue selling.
