Not been refunded for a microwave that never arrived???

The seller has told me he has refunded me for a microwave that never arrived? I bought it through ebay and  they have never said anything about it? They are supposed to guarantee I get my money back if I don't recieve the item 😤 I'll never deal with ebay again if they don't pull there finger out

Have you received a message from eBay telling you that you've been refunded?

If you look at the order details in your Purchase History is it showing as refunded?

If you have a message from eBay that you are being refunded,  then it's not instantly returned to you,  and does go back to original payment source.

If you paid with PayPal it goes back to your PayPal account fairly swiftly.

Paying with a debit / bank card?  Can take up to 12 days to appear back in your bank account.

Credit card payment?  This takes the longest,  up to 30 days to appear back in the card account used.
