Not as described cases wich never returned

Is it just me so " lucky" with 10+ "not as described" cases for last 3 ish months,  which never ever returned to me after label has been provided (items actually were as described as many other buyers purchased them and were happy). Are they just chancers?

Who made the refund?. You or ebay?.

If you refunded and before receiving the item back then a buyer can take it you did not want it back.

No, no. I never refund until I receive items back. Cases were just closed without refund to the buyers, but the thing is there a quite few false "not as described" cases and buyers never return items.

Yep,  looks like you had some as you say ' chancers',   perhaps after a partial refund,  and you rightly ignored those cases , which resulted in closure.
