Not Helpful eBay Announcement - Royal Mail Postage Prices

eBay have provided a schedule of postage price increases here;

I use 2nd Class Large Letter for most of my sales. 

eBay's announcement is not helpful in my opinion as it does not schedule out what increase is occurring on what weight. It vaguely states that the increase will be £0.10 to £0.20. There are 3 additional weight's for Large Letters on eBay. The are 

100-250g

250-750g

750-1kg

Whilst it's only a £0.10 or £0.20 increase I'm unable to say which of the above are increassing by 10 or 20p.

Have I misunderstood the increases and, or, is there a way of understanding the increases more prceisly please?

Correctly upgrade to business seller (private sellers do not have multiples of new items).

Then no more SD, you set your own postage. 

Better to check RM Website foe correct postage cost.
