Has anyone noticed the total lack of professionalism with regards to the runnong of ebay

Everything seems to be done through AI if talking with the company & if you do get to speak with someone they seem to have a script to follow and not able to make judgments themselves. 

I can see why people have moved in large numbers to platforms like Vinted & lets not forget what happened to Blackberry-gone the way of the Dodo. The most important part of your business is your client base. No clients-no business.

Again, we need a specific problem outlined in order to advise.

I will say, with eBay you do get to speak with a human. Good luck doing that on Vinted, where you can spend hours going round in circles with their AI, which doesn't seem to able to differentiate between which party is the buyer and which is the seller.

Never had to speak to Vinted. Maybe thats because they are able to run the business smoothly.
