Hi I have a query, sold a iPhone on eBay which was paid for and delivered, then the buyer  stated that the phone had been seized but a company he had tried to sell it on too then he asked for a refund but said that he was unable to return the item now eBay have ruled in his favour and are  going to issue a refund without me getting my item back , how is this fair I end up out of pocket

It's impossible to give any meaningful reply unless you explain more fully and cleary what has happened, please.
