Oh well it does say it is Free to sell, what it does not say is that without promoting youbwill get no interest and even with promoting no hope either.
You are a private seller and I find buyers hate the so called “buyer protection fee” which really provides only services that would be rarely needed.
Just in case you are not aware even though you have a 12% promotion, VAT is still added to that making 14.4%, far higher than before ebay came up with “Free” selling.
