No returns accepted shows up after purchase

We really need to know this sort of thing BEFORE we purchase the laptop eBay..

Private sellers can refuse change of mind returns.

ALL sellers have to accept item not described returns.

Click ebay help at top right of page for info.

Feels a bit cheap from eBay, perhaps it will change in February when I hear buyer protection is too be enhanced.

If you look at any listing on the site, the returns policy for every item is on the front page, underneath the blue button reading' submit bid' or 'buy it now' - you just had to look before you hit the button.

It won't be any different.

The sellers returns policy is shown at the top of every listing.

If you receive an item that's not as described you're covered by eBay and have 30 days to return it.

They've put it in via a blue i information button that has to be pressed to see it.

They've altered the format of the page.

If you are using the useless app, not everything is easily viewable.
