Hi all, I have been left in a situation where Ebay has refunded a buyer, allowed them to keep an item that I sold on the platform, and are now saying the case is closed.
Im a new seller and missed sending a return label when a return was requested (buyer stated item not as described).
It is a high value item and I'm currently without the return, no money (as well as having paid Ebay for their service). How do I go about resolving?
