I’ve listened some items and out of 4 only one item has views! The other three have 0 views, can anyone help? Does that mean my account has been restricted?

not unless you got a notification you were restricted.

However buyers are very careful since buyer fees came in and as you are a private seller holding stocks of and selling brand new items a buyer would be paying unnecessary fees buying off you.

It could mean that,   as you are incorrectly registered.

Selling all Brand New items you need to register as a Business seller.

A Private account the one you're on now,  is for selling your unwanted second hand used items,  such as a garage,  attic,  wardrobe clear out.

Here's how to change your account to the correct one.

  1. Go to Account settings in My eBay.
  2. Select Personal information
  3. Select Edit next to Account type. You may be asked to sign in again.
  4. Select Confirm to upgrade to a Business account.
  5. Specify whether you operate your business as a legal entity or as a sole proprietor and select Continue.
  6. On the following page, enter your business information such as name, contact information, and returns policy. Then select Save.

Probably best to use a PC / laptop for this,  and not the app or mobile browser.  Chrome seems to work best on eBay.
