No custom postage anymore but i want to send by parcelforce.
I want my items insured incase of accident or theft. Parcelforce does this, the lame simple delivery doesn't do this and you can only send items of a certain size.
You can use your own postage / service but be aware you will have no tracking to show delivery , and you might not be able to mark it as dispatched. Your payout will be held for a minimum of 14 days.
On your listing page go to Postage Set Up and to the right of Postage Size click on the > arrow.

Not sure if this is available on the app or mobile browser, so you may need to use a laptop / PC and use Chrome, to manage this.
