No confirmation code?

Sold an item last week. The buyer has paid through eBay and collected the item, however, i forgot to get the confirmation code. I've messaged the buyer several times but they're not responding.  As the item was listed as 'collection only', i've no way to mark the item has been dispatched/collected and therefore cannot get the funds? Assuming the buyer isnt going to give me the code, what do i need to do to get the payment?

You can do nothing I'm afraid , only the code scanned or numbers entered manually will release a payout sooner.

If the buyer is not obliging sending you that code now,  nothing you can do to mark the item as collected,  and your payout will be held for 14 days.

It is the weekend,  perhaps the buyer is not online and hopefully, may see your message tomorrow.
