A buyer arranged with DPD courier to collect an item from my home which they did. My buyer nor DPD had a code I could scan to confirm collection. Now ebay won't release the funds until I have the code. Any ideas what I can do about this? I'm worried ebay will refund the buyer as a code hasn't been scanned?
