No Refund

I have not received my refund of 3 items. I try to ask the Ebay Help but just keep going round in circles because the system just repeats that I need to return them....Anyone know what I can do please?

Have you opened ebay case yet?

Have you received postage label and returned items.

Unless you use the proper return procedure, you will not be able to enforce refunds.

You cannot get help from ebay unless you open return cases, and only if no response from seller within three days, on day 4 you can escalate to ebay.
