You are probably losing sales as many buyers will see you should be registered correctly,  that is, you should be selling from a Business account which gives buyers their rights of returns in 30 days,  you have an incorrect No Returns on those Brand New items.

A Private account the one you are using is for selling your used, unwanted items for example,  a garage,  wardrobe , attic clear out.  You are selling all Brand New items for this you need a Business Account which gives buyers their rights of return.

It's easy to change over so you're correctly registered and gain those valuable buyers.  Follow the instructions below.

One more tip,  buyers don't like AI descriptions they are easily spotted, best to write your own.

  1. Go to Account settings in My eBay.
  2. Select Personal information
  3. Select Edit next to Account type. You may be asked to sign in again.
  4. Select Confirm to upgrade to a Business account.
  5. Specify whether you operate your business as a legal entity or as a sole proprietor and select Continue.
  6. On the following page, enter your business information such as name, contact information, and returns policy. Then select Save.

Probably best to use a PC / laptop for this,  and not the app or mobile browser.  Chrome seems to work best on eBay.

Thank you very much for your reply, i have seen alot of people complaining how business account is way to expensive with fees etc, that's the reason i did not convert to business to start on here. Also i will go ahead and change return policy to 15 days for dresses, and also for other goods 30 days so it builds trust too at the time someone wants to purchase.

Once again thank you and will look into this and improve, thanks for the help 🙂

It's nothing to do with being expensive,  it's about being correctly registered, and giving your buyers their legal rights  which you are not doing on a Private account.

If you continue to sell all Brand new items on a Private account,  eBay have spotted many of these,  and have removed all items and some have received a ban from selling on eBay permanently.

Again nothing to do with cost,  you have to change to a Business account to legally and safely carrying on selling on eBay.
