New eBay payout holds for sales

Is everyone having their  payouts held until delivery confirmation? 14 years on eBay and zero issues and all of a sudden my payouts are being held.

This is bloody ridiculous, all so eBay can compete with Vinted and the selling of *bleep*ty £2 second hand clothes lol

Business sellers don't have payment hold.

In fact some have been complaining today that ebay has been transferring money to bank a few days early.
