New and sealed jigsaw

I have sold a new and sealed jigsaw. I've received a message today to say that it's clearly not new and has been rewrapped and there are 7 pieces missing. I had photographed the factory seal in the listing.

Is it the warplanes one?

If so, that's clearly been factory sealed. The buyer has had it for a couple of weeks so I guess that they may have accidentally lost some pieces, but you'll be unable to prove this, so will need to accept the return or, if it's not cost effective to pay for a returns label, to simply refund and add them to your blocked buyers list.

Has buyer opened a return case, as if not then you need do nothing. Messages basically asking for a refund are just hoping you will fall for it, MUST BE DONE THROUGH AN EBAY CASE.

Hi, yes it is the warplanes one. I've offered him a returns. He's replied with "all it's fit for is the bin". I feel so annoyed. Thankyou for your reply
