New Evri email receipts

Sold three items, eBay defaulted to using Evri, I paid and printed out three labels, my wife took them to the Evri Parcel shop where she gave them my email for parcel receipt and tracking. Two weeks later when the buyer is upset at not getting his purchase we find they only provided a receipt for two items. Difficult to chase this up as we have no proof of postage, at least with a paper receipt you could make an immediate check it was correct. The problem with Evri's business model is that they have got tens of thousands of people in their system who do not appear to have been vetted I think.

If the item was scanned and is showing as dispatched on ebay when the buyer opens a "not received" case, assuming you used Simple Delivery, ebay will issue a refund and you keep the payment.

You can choose not to use Evri - it is your choice, not Ebay's.

In 20 years of selling, I have only ever used Royal Mail.
