I am a UK resident and created my eBay account in September after hearing positive feedback from my friends about selling on eBay. I carefully attached all my accurate residential and bank details and even purchased item first to better understand the process.
Unfortunately, I was surprised to see my account suspended. I am unsure of the reason, but it may be that I unknowingly fell into a category of community policy violation. As a new member, this was certainly unintentional. I would like to seek guidance for what to do to reinstate my account for buying and selling because customer support has not helped to tell me the reason and simply responding that account is suspended.

If your account is indefinitely (permanently) suspended, then that is it. There is no appeal and no way to get re-instated.

Has your account been permanently suspended?

If the words in the eBay message do not contain ' indefinite' or ' permanent ', it may be something simple that's amiss, such as not registering for eBay's Manged Payments? Their messages are not always crystal clear as to the issue which needs solving !
You are a new seller, you need to register with eBay's Managed Payments.
This involves providing eBay with details of a bank account and have this account verified. The usual method here, is for eBay to send 2 micro deposits into that nominated bank account for you to receive, and confirm to eBay.
Once this is completed, you will be able to list items for sale, and receive payouts from those sales.
This will show you how to register for eBay's Managed Payments.
