I have just received neutral feedback from a buyer who claims they ordered pencils with the name 'Isabella' and were sent 'Isabelle'.
It is clear on the order details that they actually ordered 'Isabelle' and I have sent exactly what they ordered.
My request for feedback removal has not been approved with the reason being that the item was not as described. This is not correct and it is the buyer that has made a mistake.
What can I do to get this unfair feedback removed.
