The bell arrived today I cannot put it up parts are missing seller is disputing with as they are saying this is what was being sold I no longer want the item as parts are missing and want a full refund I sent the sellers pictures the handyman cannot install without missing parts bell of no use

You just open a NOT AS DESCRIBED CASE, seller has to supply a return label and on return refund in full.
