I didn't really need to check, that this was a Chinese seller, as they all, unfortunately, have this habit of harassing anyone who leaves a usually well deserved , neutral or negative feedback. Some leaving nonsense like they'll lose their jobs / livelihood if it's not changed. Ignore all the pleas and excuses.
Send them one last message to ask them to stop , otherwise you will report them for harassment to eBay and that the feedback is staying.
Then, just ignore, delete and do not answer any which may still come through, they'll soon get bored and pick on another poor buyer ! 😐
