Nectar points

Hi i purchased an item using my nectar points i had accumulated and paid the difference in cash..... however the item was returned and i was issued a refund for the cash i had paid but the nectar points have never been returned/refunded... how would/could i get them back... any help much appreciated.  Jay

The nectar voucher should be refunded and be available at checkout when you next pay for an item
