NO QR CODE

Hi all.

Can anyone please assist.

I've taken a parcel to the post office to send off, and it's not bringing up a QR code.

An error message comes up saying 'the delivery address contains invalid or missing fields'

The customer has sent me a message telling me the address again, but as he has already paid for delivery and I cannot get a printed label, what's my plan of action???

NO QR CODE

If you can see what the problem is with the address then cancel/refund the transaction, ask the buyer to correct his account, then relist for him to buy again.
