Can anyone please assist.
I've taken a parcel to the post office to send off, and it's not bringing up a QR code.
An error message comes up saying 'the delivery address contains invalid or missing fields'
The customer has sent me a message telling me the address again, but as he has already paid for delivery and I cannot get a printed label, what's my plan of action???
