My payment is stuck

Hello I'm new to selling stuff on eBay and got an order for 50£ everything got done but I shipped the order through DHL instead of Evri and Now the Customer have received the parcel and I had him confirming to ebay that he had received the parcel now but on my seller page it show that the parcel hasn't deliver yet what to do I'm so confused my payment has been stuck I need to pay DHL

See if you can change the tracking number at View Order Details > Postage > Track Package > dropdown arrow.   That has to be done on a desktop browser.   If not generate the original prepaid Simple Delivery label and try again.

Afterwards if you paid for the original label you can cancel it here:
https://www.ebay.co.uk/claims/simple-delivery/refund/seller
Or if the buyer paid for it it will be refunded to them automatically in 30 days.
