Multipul item listings where item wanted is out of stock

Everyone wants to pay the cheaper price for items to the price low to high tab is being completly abused by sellers listing items with another item to put there listings at the top.

ie mobile phone cables for £2.50 but in there listing is a sim tool for 59p and when you go to the listing the cable you want is out of stock so onto the next listing and it's the same and so on for about 20 listings.

Surly this is some kind of listing malpratice.

i have wasted hours on ebay with this kind of listing and realy get annoyed and waant to report them, is there anything that can be done ?

I doubt there is anything you can do about it. So long as they have sold at least one item at the low price, it is no different to high street shops saying FROM £1, but none available at that price.
