I have a multi-variation listing that was performing really well, but I’ve recently noticed a drop in orders. After receiving a message from a potential buyer, they pointed out that they could only add item to watchlist and wouldn't allow them to check out through the eBay app and were only able to complete the purchase using a desktop/browser.
Has anyone experienced this issue before or know of a potential fix? The listing has been live for around 4 months and worked perfectly for the first 2 months, but this issue seems to have started more recently and has coincided with the drop in orders.
