Monthly Listing statistics

Hi - where can I find exactly how many items I have listed per month for the last 6 months in order to check the items I have been charged a fee for are correct?

Thank you for your post.

The reports that are available to be downloaded for listings would be a report of all current active listings or a report on unsold items for the last 90 days. They can be accessed here

There is also a report that can be downloaded for all orders and a custom date range can be selected for that.

Thanks for that. I have been charged for listing too many items but I am always careful not to exceed my limits so I need a report that shows me by month what was listed and how many items so I can check against my charges.

You are a private seller, so in the seller hub it shows usage of the free 300 items.

Why have you never bothered to keep track of how many you have use, it is easy enough to see when you go over 300.

There is a monthly limits box that shows your numbers on what you have listed. This is located on your seller hub overview page down the end of the page.  As a private seller you have 300 free listings a month.

I stick to my limit religiously which is why I can't understand fee charges on my account. There shouldn't be any but there are and I want to know what they are for.

You can see how many free listings you used January to March here:

Just below your current 'used' total, you can see expired promotions.

If you didn't use all of your free listings, are the charges for something else?

Postage costs, returns, listing upgrades?
